The hotel is located in the mountains, very close to the cable car that takes you to the glacier. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides good service and the breakfast is satisfactory. Guests can enjoy a nice mountain view from their balconies and take advantage of the various facilities, such as the play area for kids and the outside chairs for relaxation.
Some of the staff members, especially the waiters, may not be very responsive or fluent in English.

We had a great time during our stay! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that our needs were met. The food was delicious, with a great selection of local dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed the entertainment provided during our stay, which added to the overall experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
There were a few areas for improvement. The noise level from neighboring rooms was quite high at times, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy our stay.

The food was delicious and varied, offering a great culinary experience. The location was perfect for nature lovers, with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the scenery. The internet connection was also reliable and fast, allowing us to easily share our vacation photos with family and friends.
The staff had a very limited understanding of English, making communication difficult and frustrating. We had to solve breakfast issues on our own as they were unresponsive and unhelpful.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and even skied with us as guides on two mornings, which was a really nice touch. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the entertainment activities that the hotel provided in the evenings. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect for skiing, as it was the closest place to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Although not quite walkable in ski boots, the ski bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to reach the glacier in just one stop.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
